Resetting Your Password

Please follow these steps to reset your password. 

Step One:

If you need to reset your password, click here.

Step Two:

You will be taken to the Password Reset page. Please insert your full Seton Hill email address and the CAPTCHA box. Click "Next". 

Step Three:

Choose "I forgot my password". 

Step Four:

Choose a verification method and complete the steps. 

Step Five:

You will then enter a new password. Your new password must be at least 12 characters, contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. 

Step Six:

Once you have successfully reset your password, you will see this screen. You will now be able to return to MySHU and login with your new password.
